ScrollGigs is a career discovery platform for candidates and employers. The product includes swipe-based job discovery, external and in-app applications, saved jobs, job alerts, application tracking, paid candidate tools, employer job posting, employer candidate discovery, chat, courses, market intelligence, testimonials, company reviews, referral posts, and community career-intel surfaces.
Job listings and market data may come from third-party job APIs, public feeds, partner feeds, direct employer posts, and user-submitted signals. We normalize, rank, and display this information, but we do not employ candidates, represent employers, or guarantee any job, interview, offer, salary, or hiring outcome.
You need an account to save jobs, apply through in-app flows, track applications, submit community content, message employers or candidates, post jobs, and use paid features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and maintain only accounts you are authorized to use.
If you create an employer account, you represent that you are authorized to act for the company you list. Employer verification and domain verification improve trust but do not make ScrollGigs responsible for the employer, candidate, job, or hiring decision.
Paid access is purchased through Razorpay Standard Checkout. Candidate Pro and employer paid plans grant time-limited access based on the plan shown at checkout. Unless a plan explicitly says otherwise, paid access is not a guarantee of interviews, candidate responses, job placement, revenue, or hiring success.
Prices, currencies, taxes, and plan benefits may change. The checkout page controls the final amount charged. We do not store full payment credentials. Payment processing, payment authentication, refunds, and chargebacks may involve Razorpay, banks, card networks, UPI, wallets, or other payment participants.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact admin@scrollgigs.com with the payment ID and account email. Refund decisions may depend on payment status, plan usage, fraud checks, and applicable law.
Swipe actions, saves, passes, rejects, applies, Stand Out actions, in-app interest actions, and tracker statuses are recorded to personalize your feed and maintain your application history. Rejecting or passing a job can hide or deprioritize it. Saving a job stores it for later review.
External listings may send you to a third-party application page. In-app employer jobs may record your interest inside ScrollGigs and may become visible to the relevant employer. You are responsible for reviewing each listing before applying or sharing personal information.
AI tools may generate resumes, cover letters, interview-prep questions, fit scores, Scam Shield signals, course suggestions, and matching insights. These outputs are automated suggestions, not professional, legal, immigration, financial, or hiring advice.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sending it to employers or using it in applications. We do not guarantee that AI content is accurate, complete, unbiased, safe, or suitable for a specific role.
Employers can post jobs, review candidate interest, discover candidate profiles subject to privacy settings, manage shortlists, view basic hiring analytics, chat with candidates, and use employer scorecards or related tools. You must not post misleading, discriminatory, illegal, unpaid-when-presented-as-paid, fee-charging, or fraudulent opportunities.
We may remove, demote, flag, or reject listings and employer accounts that appear risky, low-quality, abusive, duplicate, misleading, or inconsistent with platform rules.
Community features may include anonymous salary posts, interview experiences, company culture summaries, company reviews, referral posts, testimonials, comments, votes, and feedback. You retain responsibility for what you submit and must have the right to share it.
Do not post confidential information, private documents, personal data about others, non-public employer information, defamatory claims, harassment, hate, spam, scams, or content that violates an NDA, employment contract, law, or platform policy. We may edit formatting, reject, moderate, remove, rank, or de-identify community content.
Anonymous display means other users may not see your full identity. It does not preventScrollGigs from keeping internal account-level records for moderation, abuse prevention, rate limiting, security, or legal compliance.
Job listings, compensation ranges, fit scores, recruiter-response estimates, company reviews, culture summaries, salary insights, community votes, and market-intel pages can be incomplete, stale, user-submitted, estimated, or wrong. You should independently verify every job, employer, salary claim, application URL, and contract term before relying on it.
Scam Shield and other safety indicators are risk signals only. A clear or low-risk label does not guarantee that a listing, employer, recruiter, link, or message is safe.
Free-tier users may see advertisements through Google AdSense or related ad systems. Ads, external job pages, employer websites, payment pages, social links, and community links are controlled by third parties. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, claims, products, services, or availability.

You agree not to:
The ScrollGigs name, logo, UI, brand, design system, scoring logic, prompts, original content, and platform-provided assets belong to ScrollGigs or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, sell, or use these assets outside the platform without written permission.
You keep ownership of content you submit, but you grant ScrollGigs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, moderate, rank, excerpt, distribute, and use that content as needed to operate and improve the service.
We may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts, content, jobs, messages, reviews, referral posts, or paid access if we believe there is abuse, fraud, legal risk, non-payment, chargeback abuse, policy violation, or security risk.
You may request account deletion from your profile page or by contacting us. Account deletion starts a 30-day soft-delete period. Some records may be retained where needed for payment, fraud, security, legal, accounting, moderation, or platform integrity reasons, as described in our Privacy Policy.
ScrollGigsis provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, hiring success, job availability, candidate quality, and uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScrollGigs and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; employment decisions; lost opportunities; lost profits; third-party conduct; inaccurate listings; payment processor issues; AI output; community content; external links; downtime; or data loss. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ScrollGigs, its operators, affiliates, service providers, and representatives from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, your listings, your hiring activity, your community submissions, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
We may update these Terms to reflect product, payment, legal, security, or operational changes. Updates will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be handled by courts with competent jurisdiction in New Delhi, India.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
