Each post is evaluated using a scoring system based on hiring signals. Strong indicators like "Hiring" or "Apply now" carry more weight, while weaker signals like salary mentions or role keywords contribute moderately. Posts below a minimum score are excluded, and non-job content such as discussions or advice posts is filtered out.
Yes. All tracking data is stored locally in your browser. Nothing is sent to any external server.
