College student looking for summer jobs

Hello, hi! I'm F20 studying AB Psychology and I'm looking for summer jobs since I am currently in my finals as a second year college student. Any recommendations or advices or anything I should prepare?

I thought about trying to search for jobs that are in my field to build my resume and gain some experience but I'm also worried that I might not be qualified enough even as an assistant or something. I also have looked through cafes that are hiring and I am also looking through Facebook (although I'm a little scared it might be a scam).
