Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to manage and optimize inventory levels, ensure data accuracy, and support efficient supply chain operations. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable working with data and inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track inventory levels across systems
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, shortages, and overstock issues
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update databases regularly
• Generate reports on inventory performance and discrepancies
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure stock availability
• Assist in forecasting demand and planning inventory needs
• Investigate and resolve inventory inconsistencies

Requirements:

• Based in the United States
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel or similar data tools
• Basic understanding of inventory or supply chain processes
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Easy to train and coachable
