Customer Experience Lead — Remote

💰 $18–$22/hr | $37,000–$46,000/yr

First voice customers and drivers hear when

something goes wrong. Handle escalations, build

playbooks, scale our support.

Driver Operations Coordinator — Remote

$19–$24/hr | $39,000–$50,000/yr

Own driver onboarding, training, performance

reviews, and day-to-day driver support. Be the

person drivers trust.

Remote CS Agent – Phone — Full or Part-time

$14–$20/hr

Handle inbound voice support for customers,

drivers, and merchants.

Remote CS Agent – Non-Phone — Full or Part-time

$14–$17/hr

Handle inbound chat and email support. No phone

calls. Written communication only.

Remote CS Team Lead — Full-time

$20–$26/hr | $41,000–$54,000/yr

Founding role. Build and lead our remote support

team from the ground up.
