We are a full-service marketing agency looking for a reliable, English-speaking freelancer to support our team across a variety of tasks. This role blends GHL work, basic content writing, and hands-on lead follow-up to help drive booked appointments. Opportunity for more work with demonstrated success.

Responsibilities

• Go High Level support
• Sub account setup and basic configuration
• Workflow creation and troubleshooting (automations, triggers, email and SMS sequences)
• Trust Center SMS approvals support (helping get brands compliant and approved)
• Light content creation
• Write and edit short emails (follow-ups, confirmations, nurture messages)
• Draft landing page copy (headline, sections, CTAs) based on direction and offers
• Lead management
• Monitor inbound leads via email and respond quickly
• Follow up consistently to move leads toward booked appointments
• Keep notes organized and update lead stages as needed

Requirements

• Experience with Go High Level
• Strong written English and professional tone aimed at a U.S. audience
• Organized, responsive, and comfortable working independently
• Able to follow a process and document updates clearly
• Working hours to reflect U.S. timezones

Nice to have

• Experience with SMS compliance and deliverability basics
• Experience writing conversion-focused email copy or simple landing pages
• Experience managing leads for local service business
• Experience setting up and optimizing Meta and/or Google Ads
