Cincinnatus is hiring a Senior Power Design Engineer to work with a leading tech company on advanced chip design.

• Location: Sunnyvale, CA, USA (Onsite)
• Pay: $70-95 per hour

Requirements:

• Strong experience with RTL-to-GDSII design flow (7nm or below)
• Expertise in low-power design (power gating, UPF, multi-voltage)
• Hands-on experience with tools like PrimeTime PX / PrimePower
• Good scripting skills (Python preferred)
• Solid understanding of RTL design

What you’ll do:

• Perform power analysis across the full chip design lifecycle
• Improve and automate power analysis workflows
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest optimizations to RTL teams
• Work with large datasets for power modeling and analysis
