[Hiring] Looking to hire a designer to come up with ideas for a design on a product. $20 an hour

Im working on a design for a product and looking for a designer to give me inspiration and ideas, im looking for someone who has experience in design making mockups, just to create some variations for me, im looking to hire around 10-20 hours a week, but well start with an hour and if I like the work and ideas being given to me we can continue to a more part time/full time gig.

An example would be a Carrying Tin, I need a nice but simple design on top of it.
