Partnering with a growing SaaS company building out their Sales Development team in Austin. The product is already actively used by operations & maintenance teams and continues to gain traction.
Good fit for SDRs who want real outbound experience, consistent pipeline activity, and a structured path toward becoming an Account Executive.
Requirements
- 9+ months SDR experience (SaaS preferred)
- Comfortable doing outbound (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- Competitive, coachable, and motivated to improve
- Must be based in Austin, TX or nearby and able to work onsite (hybrid setup)
Comp & Benefits
- $50K–$60K base
- $100K–$120K OTE (uncapped)
