Looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to handle turnovers for a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Airbnb located in Edgewater (21037).

What we offer:

• Pay: $125 per cleaning (flat rate).
• Time: Usually takes about 3 hours to complete.
• Supplies: All cleaning supplies, equipment, and fresh linens are provided on-site.
• Consistency: Regular bookings based on guest check-outs.

Schedule:

• Cleanings must be done between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM (between guest checkout and check-in).
• Days vary based on the booking calendar (weekends often required).

Requirements:

• Must live locally in or near Edgewater.
• Must have your own reliable transportation (no drop-offs).
• High attention to detail (changing linens, sanitizing surfaces, staging for guests).
• Previous cleaning or hospitality experience is a plus.
