Purpose of the Role

We are hiring a Content Director to own the content strategy and production pipeline for the personal brand of an entrepreneur and real estate developer. This person sets the creative vision, decides what gets made and why, manages the shoot schedule, oversees quality, and ensures consistent high-impact output across all platforms.

This is a leadership role, not a writing role. The right candidate is a strategic thinker who also happens to be a strong writer -- someone who can architect a content funnel, manage a production team, and script a viral short-form video. They are driving the brand forward, not waiting for direction.
